I just wanted to let everyone know,  that the rest of the year might be rather busy for me. We have my in-laws Christmas on the 23rd, my moms on the 24th and then of course Christmas, the 27th is my husbands birthday, the 28th is my moms, the 29th is mine....then on the 30th we have my dads Christmas...which takes us to new years eve, and then of course new years. I will try to hop on and do as much as I can, but I wanted to let you know, that things might be a tad busy for me. I do wish you the Very Merriest of Christmas.

I took my little daughter on a mini vacation to a cabin in the woods. The snow had fallen, causing an outline of frost to form along the windows. We were in awe with the display of Christmas Spirit, as they welcomed us with boxes of presents. As we were looking around, we started to hear a sound coming from what we thought was the tree. As we inched forward, we both started to laugh, thinking of “Lampoons Christmas Vacation”, it is a good thing we brought our puppies.

~The Glow of Christmas!~

One of the best things about winter is gathering up snow and making a snowball for which you can pelt people with. It has been rather cold lately, and it is fairly dark outside, so I do not want to go outside to gather up snow. I remembered that I had a light snowball that fits just perfectly in my hands, the perfect snowball…warm, light, and I can hold it from the comfort of my warm house!

~The Grinch That Stole Cookies!~

Was working in the kitchen to bake a few cookies, when I heard the scuffing of something on the kitchen floor. I finished placing the cookies on the cooling rake and happened to get a peak of a hat just below the counter top. As I moved up on the chair I could see the little Grinch reaching for a cookie, I chuckled as I carefully slide one of the cookies farther off the sheet so that little fingers could reach it. When the cookie disappeared from sight, I reached for one myself and went to take bite, only to burn my tongue. I tried to tell the little Grinch to be careful, but I had a mouth full of cookie
