The alarm started beeping that annoying sound that reminded us a
new day was about to start. I rolled over and flicked the switch, stopping that
horrendous sound. I nudged my love to make sure he was awake and head to the
bathroom for my morning routine. When I came back, I seen him sitting on the
loveseat…I smiled down at him as he motioned for me to sit. I nuzzled into his
arms as he held me close, as we watched the beauty of the morning start with
the sun rising from the horizon. As time passed, we realized we had to start
moving, or we would never get anything accomplished today. Therefore, as we
stood, he wrapped his arms around me, folding me close and whispering against
my lips “No matter where I am, I am always right here with you.”
