The sun was shining as we stepped outside the front door and onto the slushy snow from the recent snowfall. My love grabbed me in his arms, twirling me around, so that I could face him, leaned down, and kissed me. As our lips parted, we turned and walked to the front of the house. He smiled as we stopped in front of some newly rafted bird nests, filled with life. As I peeked down, I could see the nests were carefully built with twigs and whatever grass they could find.
